A. The cliques intentionally isolate certain, often superior teachers, wage war against them, and engage neighborhood participation as well as student assistance in prejudice spawning smear campaigns.
B. Questionable leaders (common bullies) busily judge their betters while hiding their own crimes by forming supportive alliances with followers who are willing to accept injustice to be part of a protective group.
C. Pack disciples searching for approval and acceptance with the ringleaders play mind games with elementary tikes to punish parents (particularly teacher parents) for speaking out against unhealthy activity.
D. Administrative officials attempt to pin child abuse charges on teachers who have become politically incorrect...i.e., one maligned teacher campaigned for the wrong mayoral candidate who was not friends with the superintendent of schools. She was falsely accused of child battery as punishment for her crime.
E. High school teachers push less ambitious students to drop out---through a series of harassing strategies—a benchmark operating procedure used on teachers who have not reduced themselves to a standardized mentality.

F. Abnormal group cohesiveness is encouraged for the purpose of unethical activities--to cause someone injury. Crafting smoke screens around harmful group involvement is a common form of group activity. The customary deceits of denial and discrediting of sources critical of corruption is a major function of these "elite" social circles.
Where did this deviate behavior come from? Look at the cutthroat conditions of large corporations where personnel try to survive. Corporate leaders have recently been involving themselves in education for its improvement--after influencing the corporate world with a cancerous system of castigating social treachery. Education would be better served under the influence of organizations and people who are beneficial to society.
Unfortunately, religious orders also serve as a convenient tool for the socio-political-vendetta program. Churches, inadvertantly, become involved with the dehumanizing system through their influential community membership, who introduce community politics to church activity.
Where do we turn in a society inundated with a detrimental system of human mismanagement?---To reformers!
